Bhoot Chaturdashi & Halloween share striking similarities as both honor spirits and ward off evil on the eve of a major festival.
Halloween marks the night before All Saints’ Day in the West, while Bhoot Chaturdashi precedes Kali Puja in Bengal. Both traditions involve lighting lamps or lanterns, symbolic foods, and practices meant to protect families from dark forces.
Join us for an afternoon of fun with performances by Mayur’s students, face painting, and an interactive session.
